Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened or unused products purchased directly from our website. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at help@norrelabs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with shipping instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of processing. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new one once your refund is processed.

Third-Party Purchases

We can only process returns for orders placed directly through norrelabs.com. For products purchased through authorized retailers, please contact them directly for return instructions.
